This cabin is beautiful! The location is quiet and peaceful. Eric and Felisa are so nice and very responsive. There was so much to do at the cabin that we didn't get to enjoy everything in the 2 days we were there! We will definitely be back to enjoy the rest of the cabin in a longer stay!

This cabin was the best possible choice for celebrating a birthday. Super cozy and welcoming. The cabin itself was so cool with all of the amenities including theater, game room, and hot tub. There was so much to do inside that we decided to have a night in for our last night to fully enjoy everything there was to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked, everything you’d ever need in the bathrooms and then some. I would love to make this a recurring visit as it felt like a home away from home! Super close to multiple attractions while also feeling like a real getaway. Loved this home and appreciated the check in’s and fast responses for whatever we needed! Would give this 10 stars if I could.

This cozy cabin was exactly what we dreamt of! It was peaceful, well kept, and easy to navigate. The views were breathtaking! The attention to detail was second to none. We made memories that will last a lifetime! We will 100% be back! Thank you so much!!!

Eric and his team ensured the townhouse was in pristine condition. We had everything we needed, and the location could not have been more convenient. It is less than 10 minutes from groceries, great restaurants, and shopping. We will be back!

The property is beautiful, it’s near the top of a mountain with a great view.
Everything on the inside is clean.
There are easy to follow checking in and out instructions.
Eric is very responsive to messages and very clear in his communication.
The property is 15 minutes from everything; Dollywood, Gatlinburg, the National Park

Eric’s place was very clean and tidy and was in a good location near restaurants and stores. He was very responsive to the few questions we had and we felt very comfortable at his place. Hope to be back again next year.

We have stayed a lot of Airbnbs, and this experience was by far the best we ever had. Eric was so friendly, responsive and accommodating, we felt 100% comfortable staying at this home knowing he was there to help. The home was also beautiful, immaculately clean, with small details added that made our time there even more special…. Not to mention the views!!! Location was also perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. But beware in the winter because it is up high on a windy road, so we ordered an uber one day to get us down and back up since we were there in a small sedan. Thank you Eric for a wonderful trip!!!!

Eric’s 5🌟reviews are worthy. He responds in less than 5 minutes to a question, in some cases, less than 10 seconds, as if he anticipated our contact. It’s basically a ditto of previous reviews. I would add, never have we found such a plethora of extras to make our stay comfortable. Teas, bandaids, sunscreen, spices, oil, butter. It fit our needs exactly, 10 minutes fro beach and our friends. 5 minutes to beautiful nature reserve.
