Please beware of the check-in time from 4:00 PM, and check-out time, until 10:00 AM. Please respect the city noise curfew, (Quiet time is 9:00 pm-7:00 AM.) No parties or events are allowed. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. No unregistered guests are allowed. Commercial filming with previous approval, additional deposit, and insurance may be required. (We reserve the right to refuse with-out cause) Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. $200 extra charge per bedroom if food or drinks evidence is found. $62 fee for use cleaning and restocking of the BBQ grill and propane. Please take care of the furnishings. If damages, charges are 3X the value of furnishings, property damage and any labor costs. Plus, full nightly rate for all nights property is inoperable and repairs are being made. For any professional filming and photography prior agreement with host and additional insurance evidence may be required. Please don’t rearrange or move the furniture. Please don’t move or cover the outside cameras or doorbell camera. Please don't unplug anything, there are plenty of available outlets if you need them. Please do your own dishes. Trash days are Mondays and Thursdays. If you are staying through these nights and have any trash, please leave in the bin and out in the curb the night before. Lastly, please treat the house with respect as if it were a loved family member's house.
